1. COVERAGE OF FREE WARRANTY SERVICE
During the warranty period, free warranty service will be provided if the product failure or damage is confirmed to arise from defects in manufacturing processes or materials (under normal use).
2. EXCLUSIONS FROM FREE WARRANTY SERVICE
This free warranty service does not cover the following expenses: - Replacement parts - Transportation fees - On-site service charges for maintenance personnel
3. WARRANTY SERVICE INELIGIBILITY
Free warranty service shall be unavailable for damage caused by: 1. Improper, negligent, or misuse of the product; 2. Transportation incidents or other unforeseen accidents.
